Going into two long days at the office with very limited millage this last month was quite nerve wrecking. Dolphin Coast is not for sissies with challenging surf, hot Durban weather and some large miles. It attracts the stall warts to downwind paddling who are a great crew of people tirelessly organising races like this for the good of the sport. In simple, it is tough race, tough salt of the earth people.

With the national K4 champs back in its rightful place at Shongeni Dam we scrambled a team together to take part of one of my favourite races of the year.
