Over the weekend I got a chance to play with the new Custom Kayaks Titan 2 Spec Ski. Check out the video. Hope to have some more feedback from this weeks SA Champs. The first 3 out the mould will be at in CT.

I have always been involved testing new products and racing Custom Kayaks craft. Recently I have got more stuck in trying to taking the brand to the consmer with a blog, facebook page and a twitter profile.

The first Bullet came out the mould today. Had paddled the plug with raw decks. Now all finished, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this puppy. More to come with a video blog when the weather clears

Over the last couple months I have been involved in a small way in the design process of a new boat out my dad Mark’s factory Custom Kayaks. Check out this short clip on the boat and some words from the designer himself.

My nice light ski was left in the Easter Cape for the Southern Shamaal so i didnt have somethng at hand to train on except the ski's at the Varsity College Surfskischool. Well grabbed one of my new ski's from Custom Kayaks called the Horizon.

Was going to write a full report on the new Horizon but in reading the article on www.customkayaks.co.za which sums up all of what I was going to say there is not point! Please check out the site for a detailed explanation of the boat with tons of pics. This boat is going to be a complete win. So super stable my Grandmother could paddle it!

It's been classic being involved in the design process and see such a possitive result. Let me tell you shaping a ski is really hard graft, well done to Custom Kayaks!

I did a review of Custom Kayak’s new surfski, the Synergy a couple weeks ago. Well popular website www.surfski.info has done a review and the results from Rob Mousley’s testing are really interesting. He was really thorough in testing the ski and results show.
