Sitting in the airport waiting for my connecting flight to Perth, West Australia. I am on my way to the Avon Decent this weekend. Always excited to head out on a new adventure. Travelling has become a way of life for me and my paddling has seen many parts of the world over the last 3-4 years.
No complaining, I am flippen lucky.
Some things don’t change, my dearest mother dropped me at the airport (she has dropped me off and picked me up from every international trip I have done). What a legend. The support of my friends, phone calls and messages is always amazing.
I better go do myself and my supporters proud this weekend.
