How cool is this!

Fits with the last blog I wrote on racing juice. There are a couple of tips I use when I am racing that would be cool to share. 

I have been using PVM products now for a couple months through my racing and training, testing different combinations and seeing what works for me. Have promised some reviews so here we go.

Sitting in Madrid Airport watching a cool sunset (irony, sunset in an ariport of all places) as I reflect on yesterday’s race. Have a massive smile on my face. Have seen so much of Europe in the last 3 weeks, made great friends (Rui is my hero), raced hard and right at this point is the sweetest feeling, homeward bound.

Back to my Formentera race report.

After a long and hot trip down to Portimao from Porto with plenty admin the last thing I felt like doing was training. Eish! I did know however that I needed to find some consistency this week after some lightly disappointing results the week before.

With tired eyes I headed out on the morning run on Tuesday to put a stamp of determination to the week which in the end paid off. 

I have the cooest sponsors ever. Jeep Apparel recently asked for a set of my racing kit to put up in their best preforming store. Well I went a bit further and signed one of my old paddle blades as well. The display just went up and Max kindly sent me a shot. So stoked!

The team is having an amazing year and hope to do them justice this weekend. back to training!
