The idea of training excites me. To wake up to stiff muscles and the after effects of hard work is one I don’t think anyone gets used to but most learn to love. Whether it be from paddling or cross training the effort put into taking the body to its potential is an art most never really get perfect. If there was a formula for success then please tell me.

Everything seemed to be lining up perfectly with a confident paddle in the Sporty race on Thursday and a very cool rest day in Friday.
